COVID-19 Well-Being

Did you know anxiety can also be contagious?  Now, I’m sure you wear a mask, maybe gloves, distance yourself socially and sanitize everything you can.  I wonder though if you have a practice for cleansing the mind?!  The chaos of the current state of the world can spread emotions from one person another; it can make you feel a little anxious or run down.  If you’re having difficulty managing COVID-19 related stress—have you considered hypnosis?  Hypnosis can help reclaim your inner calmness.  At the Garrett Wellness Center we like to say, “What a shower is to the body—hypnosis is to the mind.”  Instead of stuffing those anxious feelings deep within, give them a voice, so you can be fearless!
